WARNING: For those of you living in Vancouver and have seen this magazine ads.... , this company is totally hopeless because the whole website is using Simplified Chinese and abusing the brand name Hong Kong by registering a dot Hong Kong address and a Hong Kong area code 852 phone number. I just talked to the customer service. They can not even answer a simple question's such as shipping and logistics and how long it will take to ship items to Canada and US.
Information on their website is not transparent. Their office is actually located in mainland China. All Operations are LOCATED AND HAPPENING in Mainland China (NOT HONG KONG). Products come from everywhere in China (not Hong Kong) but not from this HMALL.hk
PRODUCT QUALITY, PACKING, AND SHIPPING SCHEDULES
The customer service said there is NO ASSURANCE ON the shipping schedules, packaging, and product quality as they are just a middleman between the factory and you. They don't get to ship, pack, and see the products. They cannot guarantee and NO ASSURANCE. It is at best to try your luck, pray, and/or buy insurance at your end in case the products dead on arrival, not receive the products or not getting the correct products at all. They said

PLEASE DO NOT RUIN BEAUTIFUL HONG KONG REPUTATION BY faking it using Hong Kong .hk website and register Hong Kong phone number (area code 852). I asked questions in English. They have to wait for few minutes to get someone who can speak English and answer the questions online via real time online customer service. Again, the person who can speak English did not answer questions in English. He or she replied in Simplified Chinese. Very poor customer service. Please note dot Hong Kong do not use Simplified Chinese the primary writing. Ruin Hong Kong reputation is very deceptive.
THIS IS A TYPICAL MAINLAND CHINESE STYLE OF DOING BUSINESS - NO TRANSPARENCY.
In addition, they said they cannot release any information on their company logistics and details unless I register and provide all my banking information. Please do not trust this company. H mall com. It is not authentic Hong Kong company but just using Hong Kong and register Hong Kong area code phone number.
ALWAYS, PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR BANKING INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT THE COMPANY. THEY ARE RELUCTANT TO RELEASE FURTHER INFORMATION UNLESS I REGISTER. THIS MEANS, THEY REQUIRE ALL MY PERSONAL / BUSINESS INFORMATION INCLUDING PAYMENT / BANKING INFORMATION.
This is not authentic Hong Kong Company and not trustworthy. Please do not shop at Hmall.hk. Their phone number is 852-2134-9980. (Note: Hong Kong number does not have zero at the front. On the magazine ads, they put down 00852-21349980. This is a typical mainlander Chinese way of putting phone numbers together.
